About Us

We are a group of highly trained specialists using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including applied behavior analysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those going through life transitions. Our approach to therapy is warm and empathetic. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop the tools they need to create positive change in their lives. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner selves and to helping them achieve their goals.

In addition, our experience includes working in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, community mental health centers, and university counseling centers. This diverse experience has given us a broad understanding of individuals' various challenges and has honed my skills in providing effective and compassionate care. I have experience working with a diverse population and have cultural sensitivity and awareness. I am also trained in evidence-based techniques and regularly engage in continuing education to stay up-to-date with the latest research and clinical developments.

We understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, but I believe that taking the first step toward healing and growth is one of the most courageous things a person can do. I look forward to working with you and supporting your journey toward a happier and more fulfilling life.
